Returns & Refunds

Each Shadows & Rainbows print is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer ordering errors.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. We will review the problem and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
